For restaurants, cafés & takeout counters

Every call, answered.

Friday, 7:40pm. The room is full and the phone is ringing again. Ordo picks up like one of your own · it can take the order or book the table, and it hands anything tricky to a person. From $99/line/month.

Live demo line · call Ordo and hear the same voice that answers for pilot restaurants. 14-day money-back guarantee.

Live pilot in Canada. Accepting operators.

The phone never stops ringing. Now you don't have to answer it.
Ordo takes the booking, the order, or the message, and writes every word down · so a missed call stops meaning a lost customer.

What customers hear

It sounds like the room next to the kitchen.

Ordo introduces itself, takes the order cleanly, and reads back what's going to land in your POS before the call ends.

Your phone still rings · you stopped answering.

DoorDash took the orders. The phone still rings for reservations, hours, vendors, lost-and-found, after-hours guests. Most of it isn't worth your time, but every now and then it's a real customer · and you can't tell which is which.

01

Reservations + bookings + messages

Someone wants a table for 6, a catering quote, or to leave a message for the owner. Voicemail loses them. Ordo handles it on the spot, before the call ends.

02

A receptionist costs $35-50K/yr

That's wages, benefits, sick days, training, and they still go home at 9pm. Ordo covers the phone for $99-$349 a month, at every hour you're open and all the ones you're not.

03

After hours, voicemail was the plan

20-40% of inquiries hit your phone outside 9-to-5. Voicemail gets ignored. Ordo answers at 11pm with the same care it does at lunch · books the appointment, takes the message, escalates anything urgent.

How a call actually moves through Ordo.

Forward your existing number, hand us your menu and hours, and we route real calls through the agent. No hardware on your end. Most operators are live the same day they sign up.

01

Customer calls

The customer dials your business number as normal. Ordo picks up on the first ring. Handles accents, background noise, and the way real people order. Returning callers are greeted by name.

02

AI takes the order

It confirms the details, handles changes mid-order, and asks when something's unclear. Allergies, complaints, and unusual requests escalate to your staff immediately, every time.

Target: 9 / 10 routine orders end to end

Saved to your operator dashboard in real time with the full transcript · your team can read it before the call even ends.

Caller memory

Your regulars stay regulars.

Ordo remembers the caller's name, their usual order, and the allergy they mentioned once in March. Second call on, it answers like someone who knows them · because it does.

First call · Tuesday
Caller "Hi, can I get a large pepperoni for pickup?"
Ordo "Of course. Can I grab a name for the order?"
Caller "Maya."
Second call · Friday
Ordo "Mario's Pizza, this is Ordo · hi Maya. The usual large pepperoni?"
Caller "...yeah, exactly."
Ordo "Twenty minutes. See you soon."

It remembers the detail your callers expect you to.

The name, the usual request, the note mentioned once in passing. Ordo writes it down, so the second call feels like being recognised, not re-introduced.

Your controls

The memory belongs to you.

You stay in charge of the memory. Correct a name, add a VIP note the agent will use, or forget a caller entirely from the dashboard · deletion is one click, and it sticks.

"Forget this caller" · one click, and it's gone for good.

Voice

Handles phone orders for any business.

Built on enterprise-grade voice AI, it keeps up with accents, a loud kitchen, and orders that change halfway through.

"Same as last time. The large dark roast, no sugar."

08:41:02 Ordo Hi, this is Ordo at Lansdowne. What can we get you?
08:41:08 Caller Large double-double, no sugar in the second one.
08:41:14 Ordo One large coffee with cream, no sugar. Anything else?
08:41:18 Caller That's it.
08:41:22 Ordo $3.40. Ready in five.
Our pilot target · not yet measured
9/10

routine orders, end-to-end · that's what we're aiming for.

Ordo is built to complete 9 in 10 routine orders without staff intervention. The other 1 in 10 (allergies, complaints, unusual requests) escalates to a human, every time. Real numbers from live pilots replace this target the moment our first wave clears 30 days, and we'll publish them here.

Dashboard

The live order feed, escalation queue, and full transcripts follow you onto any device you sign in from. Add lines and locations as you grow · each is billed on its own, with no enterprise contract.

If you're going to forward your phone to an agent, you want to know what it does when something sensitive comes through. Here's the short version.

01

Allergies always go to staff

Any mention of an allergy or dietary restriction triggers immediate human handoff. Ordo never attempts these.

02

No payment data collected

Ordo handles ordering only. No card numbers, no payment processing, ever. Payment stays at your window.

03

Role-based access

Owners, managers, and viewers each see only what they need. Invite your team without overexposure.

04

Every order is logged

Full transcripts, escalation notes, and success rates stay reviewable from the dashboard for as long as you run the line.

05

Tenant-isolated data

Your orders are never visible to other operators · the separation is enforced by the database itself, beneath the application code.

06

An honest pilot

Ordo is in active pilot and we're upfront about that. It extends your team on the phone rather than replacing anyone, and we'll tell you plainly what it can't do yet.

Where the numbers come from.

Pilot targets are labelled as targets. Industry context is sourced. We'll replace these with measured pilot results once the first wave clears 30 days.

Privacy Policy

What we collect and how we handle it.

Last updated · June 2026

What we collect. When a customer calls a business using Ordo, the AI may collect: caller's phone number, items ordered, dietary notes mentioned, and first name if provided. Stored on behalf of the business to personalise future calls.

AI disclosure. Ordo-powered lines are answered by an AI voice assistant. The assistant identifies itself as AI at the start of every call. Calls may be logged for quality, training, and order accuracy.

How data is used. Stored order history is used only to personalise future calls for the same customer at the same business (e.g. greeting returning callers by name or recalling their usual order). Never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Data isolation. Each operator's customer data is fully isolated. A business using Ordo cannot access any other business's customer records. Encrypted at rest and in transit.

Your rights. Request access, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting the business that operates the line you called. Operators must honour deletion requests within 30 days. Contact Ordo directly at ukugregory@gmail.com.

Retention. Customer records retained up to 24 months of inactivity, then automatically deleted. Operators may configure a shorter window.

Applicable law. Ordo is operated from Canada. We comply with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation including Quebec Law 25.
