For independent hotels, inns & B&Bs

Every reservation, captured.

A guest lands at midnight and calls before booking anywhere else. Ordo answers warmly at every hour, books direct on your rate, and wakes your team only when something truly needs a person. From $99/line/month.

Live demo line · call Ordo and hear the same voice that answers for pilot properties. 14-day money-back guarantee.

Live pilot in Canada. Accepting properties.

The front desk phone rings at 2am. Now there's an answer.
Ordo books the room direct and handles the routine questions, waking your team only when it counts · so the 2am caller books with you instead of the app.

What guests hear

It sounds like your own front desk.

Ordo identifies itself, takes the booking cleanly, and only escalates the calls that need a person.

Ordo "Lakeshore Hotel front desk, this is Ordo. How can I help?"
Caller "Looking for a king room, 15th and 16th of July, two of us."

The guest already called · they're holding for someone.

OTAs take a fifth of every booking. Voicemail at the front desk loses the rest. The phone rings during check-in rushes, at 3am, in the middle of a problem with another guest. Most of it is routine. The routine is what burns staff out before the urgent calls even arrive.

01

Direct bookings or OTA commission

Booking.com and Expedia pull 15-25% off the rate. The guest who'd happily book direct gives up after one ring and books on whatever app is open. Ordo answers before that happens · books direct, on your rate card.

02

Front-desk wages run $40-50K

That's daytime. Evenings are an extra shift, overnights add another. Ordo answers every line at every hour for the cost of a couple weekend dinners. The team you already have handles the calls that need a human.

03

3am is when the problem shows up

Travellers from other time zones. Late arrivals stuck in traffic. Lost room keys. Voicemail at the front desk reads as "we don't care." Ordo picks up, takes the message, and pages a person only when it actually needs one.

How the front desk line actually moves through Ordo.

No PMS integration to start. Hand us your rate sheet and a phone line. We forward the front-desk number to Ordo and your team picks up only the calls a person should pick up.

01

Guest dials the front desk

The traveller calls the number printed on your booking confirmation, your website, or a Google listing. Ordo picks up before the third ring · same voice, every hour of the day.

02

Ordo books direct or escalates

Rooms, dates, guest count, callback number · captured cleanly and confirmed back. Group bookings, rate negotiations, in-stay issues, and anything sensitive route straight to your team with the context attached.

Direct booking, no commission
03

Reservation lands in your dashboard

Live feed, full transcript, callback number, every detail the guest confirmed. Pair it with your PMS later if you want · the front-desk team can see the booking before the call has ended.

Caller memory

It remembers the guest, every stay.

Returning guests get greeted by name, their room preference on file, their last stay in context. The front-desk feel of a 40-room independent, on every call.

First call · March
Caller "Hi, do you have a room for this Friday?"
Ordo "We do. Can I get a name for the booking?"
Caller "Daniel Okafor. Somewhere quiet, if you can."
Second call · August
Ordo "The Wells Inn · welcome back, Mr. Okafor. Another quiet room on the courtyard side?"
Caller "...that would be perfect."
Ordo "Friday to Sunday? I'll set it up."

It remembers the detail your callers expect you to.

The name, the usual request, the note mentioned once in passing. Ordo writes it down, so the second call feels like being recognised, not re-introduced.

Your controls

The memory belongs to you.

You stay in charge of the memory. Correct a name, add a VIP note the agent will use, or forget a caller entirely from the dashboard · deletion is one click, and it sticks.

"Forget this caller" · one click, and it's gone for good.

Features

What a front-desk line actually carries.

Voice

Sounds like a real front-desk agent.

It sounds warm without dragging, keeps up with accents and background noise, and has patience for a tired traveller at the end of a long flight. It identifies itself as AI in the first sentence, every time.

"Lakeshore Hotel front desk, this is Ordo. How can I help?"

22:14:07 Ordo Lakeshore Hotel front desk, this is Ordo. How can I help?
22:14:12 Caller Hey, looking for a king room for the 15th and 16th of next month.
22:14:18 Ordo King room, in on the 15th, out on the 17th. How many guests?
22:14:22 Caller Two of us.
22:14:26 Ordo Got it. Can I grab your name and a number to confirm on?
Direct booking

Books on your rate, not Expedia's.

Every reservation Ordo lands goes straight into your dashboard at the rate you set, with no OTA commission and no middleman email three days later. The booking is yours from the second the caller confirms.

A direct booking is worth 15-25% more than the same room on Booking.com.

at the front desk, without the overnight shift.

Travellers don't call between 9 and 5. They call when their flight lands, when their layover ends, when they realise they need a room. Ordo answers at every hour with the same care it does at noon · it books the room or takes a message, and pages a person for anything urgent.

Escalation

Sensitive calls land with a person, with context.

Group bookings, rate negotiations, complaints, in-stay issues, late check-out requests · Ordo recognises these and transfers immediately, with a one-line summary of what the caller actually wants. The team picks up already briefed.

"Caller wants a corporate rate for a 12-room block, two nights in July."

Illustrative view · your live feed fills with real calls, each with a full transcript and callback number.

The voices

A voice that sounds like your front desk.

Two curated voices for hotels · pick one during setup, swap any time from the dashboard. Every call opens with the assistant saying it's an AI.

Elise

Polished, melodic, front-desk poise

James

Measured, patient, concierge calm

Generated by the same voice engine that answers the phone · what you hear is what your guests hear.

Built to extend your team,
not replace it.

Hotels have hard questions about AI on the front-desk line. Here's how Ordo handles them.

01

Identifies as AI on the first sentence

Every call opens with Ordo introducing itself, so guests always know they're talking to an assistant.

02

No payment cards over the phone

Card capture and processing stay on your existing booking flow. Ordo collects the booking; it never asks for a card number, CVV, or billing details.

03

Complaints + in-stay issues escalate

Anything sensitive (lockouts, noise, billing problems, complaints) routes straight to a human with a one-line context summary. Ordo does not attempt to resolve.

04

Every call is logged

Each call keeps its full transcript, callback number, and escalation reason, reviewable from the dashboard whenever you need the record.

05

Tenant-isolated data

Your reservations are never visible to other properties on the platform · the separation is enforced by the database itself, beneath the application code.

06

Cancel anytime, with the refund

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to every tier, and you cancel right in the dashboard · nobody calls to talk you out of it.

Where the numbers come from.

Industry context is sourced. Pilot targets are labelled. Measured pilot results land here once the first wave clears 30 days.

Privacy Policy

What we collect and how we handle it.

Last updated · June 2026

What we collect. When a guest calls a property using Ordo, the AI may collect: caller's phone number, booking details (dates, room type, guest count), and first name if provided. Stored on behalf of the property to confirm the reservation and personalise future calls.

AI disclosure. Ordo-powered lines are answered by an AI voice assistant. The assistant identifies itself as AI at the start of every call. Calls may be logged for quality, training, and booking accuracy.

How data is used. Stored booking history is used only to confirm reservations and personalise future calls for the same guest at the same property. Never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Data isolation. Each property's guest data is fully isolated. A hotel using Ordo cannot access any other property's guest records. Encrypted at rest and in transit.

Your rights. Request access, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting the property that operates the line you called. Operators must honour deletion requests within 30 days. Contact Ordo directly at ukugregory@gmail.com.

Retention. Guest records retained up to 24 months of inactivity, then automatically deleted. Operators may configure a shorter window.

Applicable law. Ordo is operated from Canada. We comply with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation including Quebec Law 25.
