#Short version

As of the last-updated date, useordo.org sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or session-replay tools. There is nothing to opt out of. This page exists so procurement, security, and privacy reviewers can confirm that in one place.

#What we do NOT use

  • No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads pixel, or any other Google marketing tool.
  • No Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, or any Facebook or Instagram tracker.
  • No LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, X (formerly Twitter) Pixel, or Pinterest Tag.
  • No Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, FullStory, Mouseflow, or other session-replay or heatmap tool.
  • No cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.
  • No third-party ad network cookies.
  • No fingerprinting scripts.

#What we do use

  • Nothing that persists in your browser. As of the last-updated date, the site's own code does not set cookies, use localStorage, or use sessionStorage.
  • Standard server logs. When you visit the site, the hosting provider records the request (IP address, browser user agent, referrer, timestamp) in ordinary access logs. These logs are retained short-term for security and abuse investigation, as described in the Privacy Policy, Section 10.
  • The contact form. If you fill out the form on the site, whatever you submit goes to Ordo's API at api.useordo.org and lands in Ordo's inbox. That's handled by ordinary web-form technology, not by trackers.

#What Ordo's Customer Dashboard uses

The Customer dashboard at app.useordo.org is a separate application. It sets first-party session and authentication cookies that are strictly necessary for a Customer to log in, stay logged in, and use the dashboard. It does not use third-party analytics or tracking. If that changes, this Cookie Policy will be updated first.

#If any of this changes

If Ordo adds a cookie or analytics tool in the future, this Policy will be updated to describe it, its purpose, and (where required) the opt-out. Ordo will not add a tracking tool that fires without notice.
